The Governance Desk is an independent governance architecture platform. It exists because enterprise governance is rarely examined as a connected system.
Most governance conversations happen inside disciplines. Data governance has its frameworks. Security governance has its standards. IT governance has its models. Compliance has its requirements. Each discipline develops its own vocabulary, reporting structures, and definition of what good looks like. Over time, the enterprise perspective gets lost.
The Governance Desk examines governance from the architectural level. The focus is on how governance domains interact, where oversight breaks down between domains, and how enterprise risk actually takes shape across systems and decisions.
